System evaluation definition

System evaluation means an expression of professional opinion stating that an existing on-site wastewater treatment system, wastewater holding tank, or vault privy is constructed and operating in compliance with the standards set forth in this Manual. Evaluations shall be performed by a licensed installer or other individual approved by the Department and shall not constitute a warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied.
