System Infrastructure definition

System Infrastructure means the physical infrastructure, including equipment, cabling and systems together with related computer software used to provide the Cloud Service, which may be provided by Tech Data or a third party. Term means the Initial Term and, if applicable, the Further Term. Tech Data Group means the Tech Data and its Affiliates from time to time.
