System Management Level definition

System Management Level means the applicable management level set forth below:

Examples of System Management Level in a sentence

  • If you remain at an eligible System Management Level, but your System Management Level changes during the Performance Period, the number of Performance Units, if any, awarded to you will be prorated to reflect the number of full months you earned Performance Units at each System Management Level.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 4(a) above or in the general description of exercise alternatives, as a System Management Level (“ML”) 1-4 Participant, you must maintain the applicable Target Stock Ownership Level reflected in the chart below, which level is expressed as a multiple of your base salary and is based on your ML.

  • If Participant is at System Management Level 4, the total cash benefit amount payable under this Section 4.02 to Participant shall be equal to the sum of: (1) Participant's Base Salary or, if higher, Participant's annual rate of salary as in effect immediately prior to the first occurrence of an event or circumstance constituting Good Reason and (2) Participant's Target Award for the year in which the Change in Control Period commences or, if higher, the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • All System Management Level 1-4 Participants must maintain the applicable Common Stock Ownership Target Level in the chart below, which is expressed as a multiple of your base salary and depends on your System Management Level.

Related to System Management Level

  • Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause.

  • PJM Management means the officers, executives, supervisors and employee managers of PJM. PJM Manuals:

  • Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Earned value management system means an earned value management system that complies with the earned value management system guidelines in the ANSI/EIA-748.

  • Exit Management Date means each of the following:

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Procurement Management means the Director of Lee County’s Procurement Management Department or designee.

  • Project Management Unit or “PMU” means the Recipient’s management and Implementation unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Targeted case management means services that assist a beneficiary to access needed 2 medical, educational, social, prevocational, vocational, rehabilitative, or other community services. The 3 service activities may include, but are not limited to, communication, coordination and referral;

  • Show Management means Questex Expositions, Questex LLC, its co-sponsors and their respective agents, employees and affiliates; (d) “Hall Manage- ment” means the owner or manager of the facility in which the Show is conducted, and its employees and agents; and (e) “Hall” means the facility in which the Show is conducted.

  • Broadband level means all positions sufficiently similar in knowledge, skills, and abilities, and sufficiently similar as to kind or subject matter of work, level of difficulty or responsibilities, and qualification requirements of the work, to warrant the same treatment as to title, pay band, and other personnel transactions.

  • Change Management means the add-on module to the Programs that enables engineers to define network changes through one or more configuration templates. Those network changes can be applied to multiple devices and executed/rolled back automatically. The Change Management module enables engineers to verify the impact of the changes across the network to help ensure a safer change process.

  • Mean Sea Level means the average height of the sea for all stages of the tide. It is used as a reference for establishing various elevations within the floodplain. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term is synonymous with the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, to which Base Flood Elevations shown on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map are referenced.

  • Utilization management section means “you or your authorized representative.” Your representative will also receive all notices and benefit determinations.

  • Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means an instrument satisfactory to the Association, prepared and adopted by the Recipient and dated February 5, 2010 outlining the process for management of the environmental and social aspects of the Project as the same may be amended from time to time with the Association’s prior written concurrence.

  • Exit Management means the obligations and rights of the Parties to ensure a smooth transition of the Framework from the Contractor to the Authority or any Replacement Contractor as set out in Clause 44 (Exit Management) and Schedule 8 (Exit Management).
