System Meter definition

System Meter means the revenue grade meter that records the energy and power used to charge and discharged by the System.
System Meter means the electricity meters installed by the Solar Service Company for the purpose of accurately measuring the quantity of electricity that is generated by the Solar PV System and delivered to the Customer at the Delivery Point and, if the case may be, any replacement Meters installed by the Solar Service Company from time to time.
System Meter has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • The CDCA shall receive, from the BSC Party, the following information in support of Aggregation Rules:a) Metering System identifier;b) Aggregation Rule(s) for each of Physical Meter, Metering System, Meter Point, Grid Supply Point, GSP Group and Interconnector;c) Other information, as may be required, to support the Aggregation Rules.

  • The Solar Service Company is obliged to inspect, repair and replace any defective System Meter at its cost and expense.

  • The System Meter must meet the agreed technical specifications as per Schedule 2 and the applicable technical standards under applicable Law.

  • Where a Party considers that the System Meter is damaged, such Party must immediately inform the other Party.

  • If the System Meter records defective readings, as determined by the Parties or, if not agreed by the Parties, as determined by an independent accreditation authority jointly appointed by the Parties resulting in inaccuracy of recorded Energy Output by an amount of plus or minus [***%]27 over a [3 (three)] months’ period (the “Permitted Limit”), the Solar Service Company shall adjust or replace such System Meter.

  • The monthly payment for such Energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of Energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System Meter.

  • As part of the testing and commissioning of the Solar PV System, the System Meter shall be tested, 25 Applicable where the Customer has agreed to a full “take-or-pay” model.

Related to System Meter

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that is capable of measuring electricity fed into the grid or electricity consumed from the grid, providing more information than a conventional meter, and that is capable of transmitting and receiving data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • System Downtime means any interruption of access to the Hosting Web Site as measured by the System Availability Monitoring Mechanism. System Downtime specifically excludes: (a) any Scheduled Downtime; (b) inability to access the System resulting from failure in the internet backbone or networks not directly managed by NCR Voyix or its subcontractors or agents; (c) erroneous System monitoring, in which NCR Voyix establishes that the incorrect reporting of the inability to access the System was due to failure in the monitoring mechanism rather than a failure in the System; (d) an Extreme Service Interruption Event; or (e) any System Downtime caused by Customer.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that:

  • Net Metering Net metering refers to customers who sell electricity they produce, typically through a rooftop solar panel, back to the utility for credit. If you are a net metering customer, you should not enroll with XOOM because your net metering agreement will not transfer to XOOM once you enroll.

  • Smart Meter means a meter which tells us how much Energy you are using without us having to visit your home and which enables you to see how much Energy you are using;

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • water meter means any apparatus for measuring or showing the volume of water supplied to, or of effluent discharged from any premises;

  • Feed means feed as defined in point (4) of Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002;

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7 means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Master Meter means the meter controlled by the licensed distributor and used for settlement of the master bill with the master consumer;

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) installed by the Company and uses to measure Electricity and delivery by the Company and receipt by the BPDB of Net Energy Output. The Metering System shall be owned and maintained by the Company.

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • System Life means all phases of the system's development, production, or support.

  • Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.

  • Alarm system means equipment and devices assembled for the purpose of:

  • Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.

  • 911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.

  • System Services means the SRS, DNS Name Server and Whois services for the Registry TLD for which availability and Performance Specifications are established.

  • PV System means, a photovoltaic system, including Solar Photovoltaic Panels, Inverters, Racking Systems, wiring and other electrical devices, as applicable, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, remote monitoring equipment, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices (including any replacement or additional parts included from time to time).

  • Cubic Meter or "m3" means the volume of Petroleum which occupies one (1) cubic meter and equals 264.1721 United States gallons and 6.2898108 barrels.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • Operating System refers to the software that manages the Hardware Device. You have the right to use the Operating System delivered with the Hardware Device (and any updates acquired through our technical support services) only as incorporated in, and as part of, the Hardware Device and subject to the terms of the license agreement(s) delivered with or on the Hardware Device. Current versions of the license agreements are located in the documentation for the Hardware Device.

  • interval meter means a meter that measures and records electricity use on an hourly or sub-hourly basis;
