SYW Agreement means the Shop Your Way Rewards Retail Establishment Agreement dated August 8, 2012 between SHMC and SHO. Cross Default. A Party’s breach of the Services Agreement constitutes a breach by the breaching Party of this Agreement (which breach may only be cured, if at all, in accordance with the express provisions of the Services Agreement). The non-breaching Party’s remedies under this Section 2(c)(v) are in addition to and not in lieu of any and all other legal and equitable remedies available to the non-breaching Party under this Agreement and under the Services Agreement.
