If Shipper is required to provide security for its financial and contractual obligations under a TA, Shipper agrees to furnish such security to Transporter at least twenty (20) days prior to the service start date for the Expansion Firm Service, and such security shall be in an amount that is consistent with the creditworthiness requirements set forth in this Section 8.
New Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Regular Shipper.
Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.
Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.
cargo ship means any ship which is not a passenger ship;
Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.
