Target Adjustment Amount definition

Target Adjustment Amount means an amount, which may be positive or negative, equal to (a) Target Accounts Receivable, plus (b) Target OUS Inventory, minus (c) Target Accounts Payable, minus (d) $253 million.
Target Adjustment Amount means $17,828,000, which represents the Net Book Value, as of August 31, 1999, of Seller's right, title and interest in and to the Inventories, as calculated in the manner set forth on Schedule 1.1(130).

Target Adjustment Amount means $2,151,869, which amount represents the Book Value, as of August 31, 2005, of Seller's right, title and interest in and to the Inventories (which, for purposes of clarity, the Parties acknowledge to include for purposes of this definition Inventories of Conemaugh Fuels, LLC and Keystone Fuels, LLC, to the extent of the Seller's Interests therein), as determined by the Keystone-Conemaugh Project Office in accordance with the terms of the Jointly Owned Stations Operating Agreements.
Target Adjustment Amount means, for the first Fiscal Year of the Extended Employment Period, an amount of Target IBT equal to $30,000,000, and for each subsequent Fiscal Year of the Extended Employment Period, an amount of Target IBT equal to 110% of the Target Adjustment Amount applicable to the previous Fiscal Year.
