TARGET ENTRY PERIOD definition

TARGET ENTRY PERIOD means a four (4) year period starting on the Effective Date (1) earlier terminated by (A) the unanimous agreement of the Parties, or (B) either Party pursuant to Article 8; or (ii) extended by unanimous agreement of the Parties. The termination or expiration of the Target Entry Period shall not constitute a termination of this Agreement.
TARGET ENTRY PERIOD shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until the third (3rd) anniversary thereof unless (i) earlier terminated by (A) the unanimous agreement of the Parties, or (B) either Party pursuant to Article 8; or (ii) extended by unanimous agreement of the Parties. The termination or expiration of the Target Entry Period shall not constitute a termination of this Agreement.
TARGET ENTRY PERIOD shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until the fifth (5th) anniversary thereof unless (i) earlier terminated by (A) the unanimous agreement of the Parties, or (B) a Party pursuant to Article 8; or (ii) extended by unanimous agreement of the Parties. The termination or expiration of the Target Entry Period shall not constitute a termination of this Agreement.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Start-up Period means up to a maximum of 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age-range of the Academy will have some pupils present).

  • Final Order Entry Date means the date on which the Final Order is entered by the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Contract Transition Period means the 90 day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.

  • Study Period means the period commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the date hereof, and continuing through 5:00 p.m. on the Closing Date.

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Recovery Period means the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Company is required to prepare the accounting restatement described in this Policy, all as determined pursuant to Rule 10D-1, and any transition period of less than nine months that is within or immediately following such three fiscal years.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • Probationary Period means a working test period during which an employee is required to demonstrate his fitness for the position to which he/she is appointed by actual performance of its duties.

  • Delivery Period means that period agreed in writing between the Parties in relation to Delivery of the Product or parts thereof by the Contractor, any delay in which shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and entitle JOBURG MARKET to exercise its remedies in terms of this Agreement or at law.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Benchmark Transition Start Date means, in the case of a Benchmark Transition Event, the earlier of (a) the applicable Benchmark Replacement Date and (b) if such Benchmark Transition Event is a public statement or publication of information of a prospective event, the 90th day prior to the expected date of such event as of such public statement or publication of information (or if the expected date of such prospective event is fewer than 90 days after such statement or publication, the date of such statement or publication).

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.
