Target Indication definition

Target Indication. Target Indication shall mean, with respect to an Alnylam siRNA Developed in the Initial Product Development Program, Huntington’s disease, and, with respect to an Alnylam siRNA Developed in any Additional Product Development Program, each human disease or condition that is designated by the Parties as a Target Indication with respect to such Alnylam siRNA in accordance with Section 2.3(e).
Target Indication means indication with regard to a Xxxxxx or a Reimbursement Approval of the cryo-ablation of breast cancer with using device of same function of the Products.
Target Indication means, with respect to each Program and the Collaboration Target to which such Program is directed, any Indication that is designated as a target Indication with respect to such Program in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties, the first Clinical Trial in patients conducted by or on behalf of Celgene under a Licensed Program shall be for a Target Indication in the Oncology Field.
