Target Selection Field definition

Target Selection Field means the treatment, prevention, cure or delay of onset or progression in humans of [***] Indications. For purposes of clarity, the Parties agree that the treatment, prevention, cure or delay of onset or progression of [***] shall be included in the Target Selection Field.
Target Selection Field means the treatment or prevention in humans of cancer.
Target Selection Field means the treatment or prevention in humans of any autoimmune or inflammatory Indication.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Parties shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to initially Develop Optimized Lead Compounds for Indications within the Target Selection Field and within the Co-Development Territory and each Annual Development Plan shall initially focus on such Development.

  • ELAN shall have the right at any time during the Research Program Term to propose that any additional Target that ELAN reasonably believes based on published literature or proprietary data is useful within the Target Selection Field and that is not an Excluded Target replace a Program Target, by providing written notice to ARCHEMIX.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
