Examples of TargetCo Shares in a sentence

  • As of the date of this Agreement, the number of TargetCo Shares which are beneficially owned by each TargetCo Securityholder is the number set forth opposite the name of such TargetCo Securityholder as set out in Schedule “B” attached hereto which shall include the names of all of the TargetCo Securityholders who purchased TargetCo Shares in connection with the private placement of TargetCo Shares which closed concurrently with the execution of this Agreement (the "Pre-RTO Financing").

  • Amalco Shares means common shares in the capital of Amalco;

  • Seller Shares means all shares of Common Stock of the Company owned as of the date hereof or hereafter acquired by a Common Holder, as adjusted for any stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, subdivisions, recapitalizations and the like.

  • Common Shareholders means the holders of the Common Shares.

  • Acquired Shares has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Acquisition Shares means the shares of an Acquiring Fund to be issued to the corresponding Target Fund in a reorganization under this Agreement.

  • Amalco Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of Amalco;

  • Closing Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(a)(i).
