Targeted Populations definition

Targeted Populations means such populations as may be designated from time to time in the AP by official action of the Trustees, which designations may include, but are not necessarily limited to, the Homeless, the Elderly, Veterans, Youth aging out of Foster Care, persons with mental and physical disabilities and/or disabled persons.
Targeted Populations means one or more of the following:
Targeted Populations means older adults in the greatest economic and social need, particularly minority older adults with low incomes, homebound or institutionalized older adults, older adults residing in rural areas, individuals with disabilities, older adults with limited English-speaking ability and individuals with Alzheimer’s or related disorders and their caregivers, and grandparents raising their grandchildren.

Examples of Targeted Populations in a sentence

  • The Recipient must have at least one of the Targeted Population(s) specified below added to their approved Target Market by the end of Year 3 of the Period of Performance.

  • The restriction of housing to elderly and other Targeted Populations is permitted where the housing is intended to benefit those Targeted Populations in compliance with applicable law, and only with prior approval of the selection criteria by the Department.

  • The Recipient must submit a Service Request through its AMIS account to modify the Recipient’s approved Target Market to include at least one of the New Targeted Populations specified below, by the end of Year 2 of the Period of Performance.

  • Accompanying said invoices will be records of the number of Sterilizations performed by the Mobile Clinic, specifically setting apart the number of Sterilizations in Targeted Populations performed within Bryan city limits, the number of Sterilizations performed on City Animals, and the number of Vouchers redeemed.

  • New Targeted Population(s): Period of Performance, Year 2 benchmark : Period of Performance, Year 3 benchmark: Submit appropriate Target Market Modification document(s) to the CDFI Fund to request approval to serve New Targeted Population(s).
