Tax Credit Units definition

Tax Credit Units means the rent-restricted units identified in Sections 7(a) and (b).
Tax Credit Units means the fifteen (15) units in the Development that are not Section 202 Units.
Tax Credit Units means the percentage of Units, which are rented or available for rental to Qualifying Unit Tenants during the Compliance Period and the Extended Use Period in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Tax Regulatory Agreement.

Tax Credit Units means the ninety-five (95) units in the Baldwin Grove Project (37 of which are Public Housing Units) that will receive the benefit of the Project’s allocation of LIHTCs.

  • Performing Cash Pay High Yield Securities means High Yield Securities (a) as to which, at the time of determination, not less than 2/3rds of the interest (including accretions and “pay-in-kind” interest) for the current monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual period (as applicable) is payable in cash and (b) which are Performing.

  • Tax credit certificate means a certificate issued by the office that:
