Taxation Warranties definition

Taxation Warranties means the Warranties in respect of Taxation set out in paragraph 14 of Part 1 of schedule 5;
Taxation Warranties means each and every warranty contained in Section [D] of Schedule 3;
Taxation Warranties means the Warranties contained in paragraph 16 of Part A of Schedule 2;

  • The Trustees hereby warrant to the Purchaser in the terms set out in part 3 of schedule 2 (Taxation Warranties) and in the terms (other than Warranty 1.2) set out in schedule 3 (General Warranties) in relation to each of the Companies.

  • For the purposes of this Part 2 of Schedule 6 (Taxation Warranties), any reference to “six years” shall, in the case of any Group Company which is a member of the NIB Group, be construed as a reference to “five years”.
