TD Fairness Opinion definition

TD Fairness Opinion means the opinion of TD to the effect that, as of the date of such opinion and based upon and subject to the assumptions, limitations and qualifications set forth therein, the Consideration to be received by the Shareholders under the Arrangement is fair, from a financial point of view, to the Shareholders.

TD Fairness Opinion means the opinion of TD Securities to the Cenovus Board dated October 24, 2020, a copy of which is attached as Appendix K to this Information Circular;

TD Fairness Opinion means the written opinion of TD Securities to the effect that, as of the date of such opinion and subject to the assumptions, limitations and qualifications set out therein, the Consideration to be received by the Shareholders (other than the Shaw Family Shareholders) pursuant to the Arrangement is fair, from a financial point of view, to such Shareholders;

More Definitions of TD Fairness Opinion

TD Fairness Opinion means the fairness opinion of TD provided to Pan American in connection with the Arrangement, as set out in full at Schedule E to this Circular;
