TDD Project definition

TDD Project means the improvements to the District, including the TDD Improvements, to be designed, developed, constructed and completed by Developer as described in Section 2.01
TDD Project means any transportation project approved by the TDD for an area benefiting the Redevelopment Area and in accordance with the TDD Act and constituting a portion of the Work.
TDD Project means the TDD District improvements described in Exhibit C attached hereto.

  • In addition, to the extent that IDC does not continue the TDD Project without Nokia, IDC shall be reimbursed, as a full and complete compensation for the costs incurred by IDC as a consequence of the short termination period, for the following documented out-of-pocket costs, arising due to such project termination, such charges not to exceed [**] U.S. DOLLARS ($US [**]), and provided further that IDC shall undertake appropriate and ** Material has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission.

  • The Nokia and IDC Program Managers for the TDD Project shall meet on a regular basis.

  • To the extent that such changes are approved or directed, the Work Plans and Specifications, TDD Project Budget and TDD Project Schedule, as applicable, shall be revised by IDC, and approved at the next PMM.

  • During the Term, Developer hereby recognizes, acknowledges and agrees that the City, and its duly authorized representatives and agents, shall have the right to enter the portions of the TDD Project at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, to substantiate compliance with this Agreement or, to the extent Developer has failed to cure any breach within applicable notice and cure periods, to cure any defaults under this Agreement.

  • As part of the TDD Project, InterDigital and Nokia will evaluate, on a regular basis, the applicability of third party Patents and patent applications to the TDD Technology, and take appropriate action to address any potential infringement issues.

  • If the Total TDD Project Cost for the Base TDD Project has exceeded the Nokia Cap, then, other than providing on a one time basis the details reasonably necessary to demonstrate that the Total TDD Project Cost has exceeded the Nokia Cap, IDC shall have no further obligation to report costs, budget changes or other financial related information to Nokia as otherwise required in the Agreement.

  • IDC will provide for limited number of Nokia personnel (4-8) a possibility to work at the IDC R&D facilities premises on the TDD Project, with such working environment to be comparable with IDC's own project personnel.

  • All IDC travel for the TDD Project shall comply with IDC's corporate policies on travel and hotel, as amended from time to time.


More Definitions of TDD Project

TDD Project means the Transportation Development District projects described in Resolution No. 3542.
TDD Project means the construction of public and private improvements in the District, as more particularly described in Resolution No. 3620 (the “Resolution”) adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Overland Park, Kansas on September 17, 2007, as the same may at any time and from time to time exist, including any modifications, substitutions and additions and excluding deletions.
TDD Project means any transportation project approved by the TDD for an area
TDD Project means the meaning ascribed to such term in the Redevelopment Agreement.

Related to TDD Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.

  • Mixed-use project means a project comprising both a qualified

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.
