Examples of District Improvements in a sentence
Purchaser acknowledges that: (i) the construction of District Improvements shall be without compensation or reimbursement to Purchaser; and (ii) any reimbursements, credits, payments, or other amounts payable by the District or Rangeview on account of the construction of District Improvements or any other matters related thereto (“Metro District Payments”) shall remain the property of the Seller and shall not be conveyed to or otherwise be claimed by Purchaser.
Contractor shall administer the District Improvements and Activities and may engage one or more contractors to provide routine maintenance services including trash collection and disposal, graffiti removal, repair, landscaping, and lighting improvements or otherwise Improvements and Activities listed in within the District’s Engineer Report and Annual Report.
Nor does this Agreement change the character of the District Improvements, which are public assets of the District.
Once Bond proceeds are available, the CMFA agrees to reimburse to the Property Owner(s) for impact fees previously paid, as and to the extent that Bonds proceeds have become available, and utilize the Bond proceeds for the payment of the applicable District Improvements.
This Agreement transfers neither ownership nor ultimate legal responsibility for the District Improvements.
