District Improvements definition

District Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16(b).
District Improvements means the water, wastewater, and drainage utilities, roads and improvements in aid of roads, park and recreational facilities, and other public improvements, as authorized by the Texas Constitution and Texas Water Code, to serve the area within the District boundaries. Land means approximately 2,043.21 acres of land located in the County limits, as described by metes and bounds on Exhibit A.
District Improvements means the water, wastewater, and drainage utilities (including capacity or contract rights to capacity therein), Road Projects, and other public improvements, as authorized by applicable law, and whether on-site or off-site, to serve the area within the District boundaries.

  • Purchaser acknowledges that: (i) the construction of District Improvements shall be without compensation or reimbursement to Purchaser; and (ii) any reimbursements, credits, payments, or other amounts payable by the District or Rangeview on account of the construction of District Improvements or any other matters related thereto (“Metro District Payments”) shall remain the property of the Seller and shall not be conveyed to or otherwise be claimed by Purchaser.

District Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

District Improvements means those certain improvements that the City has been authorized to provide for the benefit of the Improvement District.
