TDD Improvements definition

TDD Improvements means the projects and related permissible improvements as authorized under the TDD Act, as more particularly described in Exhibit C.
TDD Improvements means, collectively, the Completed TDD Improvements and the Future TDD Improvements.
TDD Improvements means that portion of the TDD Project, the costs of which are reimbursable under the Act and may be Eligible Expenses and reimbursable with Pay-As-You- Go TDD Financing hereunder, subject to the TDD Cap. The TDD Improvements, and the estimated costs therefor, are set forth on Exhibit G hereto.

Examples of TDD Improvements in a sentence

  • The Developer hereby represents and warrants to the City that it has constructed and finished all of the Completed TDD Improvements in conformance with the Revised Preliminary Development Plan, Final Development Plan, related stipulations, and City building codes, City Ordinances and all other Applicable Laws and Requirements.

  • Developer hereby understands and agrees that it shall not be entitled to any Pay-As-You-Go TDD Financing to reimburse the costs of Future TDD Improvements related to any of the uses described on Exhibit I attached hereto.

  • Developer or its permitted successors and assigns, using private equity and debt, shall advance all of the costs for the design, development and construction of any Future TDD Improvements.

  • The Developer hereby represents and warrants to the City that it may construct and complete certain Future TDD Improvements in conformance with the Revised Preliminary Development Plan, Final Development Plan, related stipulations, and City building codes, City Ordinances and all other Applicable Laws and Requirements.

  • The City hereby acknowledges that all of the Completed TDD Improvements have been completed on or before the date of this Agreement.


More Definitions of TDD Improvements

TDD Improvements means the structured parking facility to be constructed in connection with and incorporated into the mixed-use retail and residential portion of the Project identified as III-MXD on the Development Plan, the costs of which are reimbursable under the TDD Act and may be Eligible Expenses and reimbursable with Pay-As-You-Go TDD Financing hereunder, subject to the TDD Cap. The TDD Improvements and the estimated costs therefor, are set forth on Exhibit P hereto.
TDD Improvements means those certain costs which are greater than zero shown in the "TOTAL TDD USES" column on the Project Budget, as described in Section 2.05(b).
TDD Improvements means the improvements within the Redevelopment Project Area which are eligible to be paid for or reimbursed with TDD Revenue.

Related to TDD Improvements

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected. Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Capital Improvements mean the purchase, renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of permanent land, buildings, structures, equipment and furnishings used directly for or in the Project, and any goods or services for the Project that are purchased and capitalized under GAAP, including any organizational costs and research and development costs incurred in Illinois. Capitalized lease costs for land, buildings, structures or equipment shall be included in “Capital Improvements” only if the lease term, including any extensions or options to extend, equals or exceeds the term of this Agreement, and provided that such lease costs are valued at their present value using the corporate interest rate prevailing at the time the Company filed its Application with the Department.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and
