Technical Auditor definition

Technical Auditor means the Person appointed in accordance with the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement;
Technical Auditor means the person appointed in accordance with Section 8.01(a);
Technical Auditor shall have such meaning as is set forth in Clause 15(c) of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Technical Auditor

Technical Auditor means an independent security technology auditor.
Technical Auditor means an independent auditor referred to in Section I.B.9 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, in charge of carrying yearly technical audits of the Project, as selected in accordance with Section III of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, terms of reference included in the Project Operational Manual and the Procurement Plan.
