The Operator shall seek approval of the Detailed Design and Drawings from the Technical Auditor and PBC Engineer as provided in the Article 5.5 of this Agreement.
The format for Baseline Study to be undertaken by the Operator shall be prepared and provided by the Technical Auditor and shall be approved by the PBC Engineer.
