Technical Revenues definition

Technical Revenues means all fees and income of the Practice, as determined pursuant to GAAP applied on a consistent basis, that are recorded each month (net of Adjustments) by or on behalf of the Practice, for the use of Administrator's facilities and equipment, net of any Professional Revenues. Global-fee Practice revenues shall be allocated between Professional Revenues and Technical Revenues based upon RVUs.   • Clinical evaluation means a systematic and planned process to continuously generate, collect, analyse and assess the clinical data pertaining to a device in order to verify the safety and performance, including clinical benefits, of the device when used as intended by the manufacturer;
