Technical Review Committee definition

Technical Review Committee means the committee assigned to review a contract for professional architectural, engineering, and land surveying services, which shall include at least three persons designated by the Director and approved by the Executive Director.
Technical Review Committee means the Flood Control District Advisory Committee that, when requested by the Board, provides review of technical matters concerning interpretation and enforcement of this Ordinance.

If a contracting unit subject to the Public School Contracts Law does not have a designated purchasing official that is certified as a qualified purchasing agent, then the board of education shall appoint the school business administrator to serve on the committee. No governing body member shall be appointed to the technical review committee.
