Technology Term definition

Technology Term means from the Effective Date until the Company is no longer Developing Licensed Agents or Products.
Technology Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(iii).
Technology Term means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on March 15, 2010.
