TEG Letter definition

TEG Letter means each letter from the Lender provided to a Borrower incorporated in France from time to time pursuant to Clause 4.4 (Effective Global Rate).

TEG Letter means each letter from the Agent delivered from time to time to a French Borrower pursuant to Clause 10.5 (Effective Global Rate (Taux Effectif Global)).

TEG Letter has the meaning specified in Section 3.1(c).

Examples of TEG Letter in a sentence

• The TEG Letter and any other letter delivered to a French Designated Subsidiary shall form an integral part of this Agreement.
