Telerate Page 500 means the display designated as "Telerate Page 500" on Dow Jonex Xxxkets Limited (or such other page as may replace Telerate Page 500 on such service) or such other service displaying the offer prices specified in (a) above as may replace Dow Jonex Xxxkets Limited.
Telerate Page 500 means the display designated as "Telerate Page 500" on Dow Jonex Xxxkets (or such other page as may replace Telerate Page 500 on such service) or such other service displaying the offer prices specified in clause (i) above as may replace Dow Jonex Xxxkets. "Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations" means, with respect to each Reference Treasury Dealer and the first Remarketing Date, the offer prices for the Comparable Treasury Issues (expressed in each case as a percentage of its principal amount) quoted in writing to the Remarketing Dealer by such Reference Treasury Dealer by 3:30 p.m., New York City time, on the first Determination Date.

Telerate Page 500 means the display designated as "Telerate Page 500" on Bridge Telerate, Inc. (or such other page as may replace Telerate Page 500 on such service) or such other service displaying the offer prices specified in (a) above as may replace Bridge Telerate, Inc..
Telerate Page 500 has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b)(i).
Telerate Page 500 means the display designated as "Page 500" on the Dow Xxxxx Telerate Service (or such other page as may replace Page 500 on such service) or such other service displaying such Treasury Rate as may replace the Dow Xxxxx Telerate Service. "Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations" means, with respect to each reference Treasury Dealer and any Call Settlement Date, the average, as determined by the Calculation Agent, of the offer prices for the Comparable Treasury Issues (expressed in each case as a percentage of its principal amount) quoted in writing to the Calculation Agent by such Reference Treasury Dealer by 3:30 p.m., on the third Business Day preceding such Call Settlement Date.

Telerate Page 500 means the display designated as "Telerate Page 500" on Bridge Telerate, Inc. (or such other page as may replace Telerate Page 500 on such service) or such other service displaying the offer prices specified in (a) above as may replace Bridge Telerate, Inc. The Calculation Agent shall have the discretion to select the time at which the Comparable Treasury Price is determined on the third Business Day prior to the Remarketing Date.
