Temporary care definition

Temporary care means any child care arrangement which provides either drop-in care or care on a seasonal or other part-time basis and is required to be regulated pursuant to G.S. 110-86.
Temporary care means residential care not to exceed 90 days.
Temporary care means child care will continue if a parent or caretaker has a tempo- rary break in his or her need for child care services. The temporary break should not exceed 90 days.
