Temporary Engagement definition

Temporary Engagement means an Engagement for any period of up to and including 12 consecutive weeks (full-time or part-time). In this Contract unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
Temporary Engagement an Engagement for any period up to and including 12 consecutive weeks (full-time or part-time)
Temporary Engagement means the use of The Locum’s services by The Client for periods not exceeding 3 months arising out of a confirmed and booked placement of The Locum with The Client by the Employment Business.

Examples of Temporary Engagement in a sentence

  • The Agency shall be entitled to invoice the Client for the difference immediately upon notification or otherwise becoming aware of the continuation of the Temporary Engagement.

  • The Client shall notify the Agency immediately a Temporary Engagement continues for 12 weeks or more.

  • Temporary Work Agency means as defined in Regulation 4 of the AWR being a person engaged in the economic activity, public or private, whether or not operating for profit, and whether or not carrying on such activity in conjunction with others, of:
