Tenant Manual definition

Tenant Manual means the Landlord and/or Building Management’s rules and requirements for the proper management, administration and control of (i) the Tenant and all other tenants (as applicable) in the Building, and (ii) the use of the Building and/or the Premises, to be provided by Landlord and subject to change from time to time as the Landlord/Building Management deem necessary. " دليل المستاجر" يعني القواعد و المتطلبات التي يفرضها المالك من أجل حسن تنظيم و إدارة و توجيه المسائل المتعلقة (أ) بالمستأجر و/أو المستأجرين الاخرين -بحسب الحال- في المبني (ب) بإستعمال المبني كما هو محدد من قبل المؤجر و/أو إدارة المبني و الذي يقبل التغيير من وقت إلي اخر حسب ما يراه المؤجر/ إدارة المبني ضروريا.
Tenant Manual means the Alteration Rules and Regulations attached hereto as Exhibit C, as the same may be modified or amended from time to time. If there is any conflict between the provisions of the Tenant Manual and the provisions of this Lease, the provisions of this Lease will control.
Tenant Manual means the Landlord ﻭ ﺪﻋﺍﻮﻘﻟﺍ ﻲﻨﻌﻳ "ﺮﺟﺎﺘﺴﻤﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﻟﺩ " and/or Building Management’s rules and ﻞﺟﺃ ﻦﻣ ﻚﻟﺎﻤﻟﺍ ﺎﻬﺿﺮﻔﻳ ﻲﺘﻟﺍ ﺕﺎﺒﻠﻄﺘﻤﻟﺍ requirements for the proper ﻞﺋﺎﺴﻤﻟﺍ ﻪﻴﺟﻮﺗ ﻭ ﺓﺭﺍﺩﺇ ﻭ ﻢﻴﻈﻨﺗ ﻦﺴﺣ management, administration and control ﻦﻳﺮﺟﺄﺘﺴﻤﻟﺍ ﻭﺃ/ﻭ ﺮﺟﺄﺘﺴﻤﻟﺎﺑ (ﺃ) ﺔﻘﻠﻌﺘﻤﻟﺍ of (i) the Tenant and all other tenants (as (ﺏ) ﻲﻨﺒﻤﻟﺍ ﻲﻓ -ﻝﺎﺤﻟﺍ ﺐﺴﺤﺑ- ﻦﻳﺮﺧﻻﺍ applicable) in the Building, and (ii) the ﻞﺒﻗ ﻦﻣ ﺩﺪﺤﻣ ﻮﻫ ﺎﻤﻛ ﻲﻨﺒﻤﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻌﺘﺳﺈﺑ use of the Building and/or the Premises, ﺮﻴﻴﻐﺘﻟﺍ ﻞﺒﻘﻳ ﻱﺬﻟﺍ ﻭ ﻲﻨﺒﻤﻟﺍ ﺓﺭﺍﺩﺇ ﻭﺃ/ﻭ ﺮﺟﺆﻤﻟﺍ to be provided by Landlord and subject /ﺮﺟﺆﻤﻟﺍ ﻩﺍﺮﻳ ﺎﻣ ﺐﺴﺣ ﺮﺧﺍ ﻲﻟﺇ ﺖﻗﻭ ﻦﻣ to change from time to time as the .ﺎﻳﺭﻭﺮﺿ ﻲﻨﺒﻤﻟﺍ ﺓﺭﺍﺩﺇ Landlord/Building Management deem necessary.

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Contractor Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than temporary works) required for execution and completion of works and remedying of any defects, therein. But does not include plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.

  • Sign area means the total surface area within the outer periphery of the said sign, and in the case of a sign comprised of individual letters or symbols, shall be calculated as the area of a rectangle enclosing the letters or symbols. Frames and structural members not bearing advertising matter shall not be included in computation of surface area.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;
