Examples of Tenant Member in a sentence
A Tenant Member shall be entitled to all of the privileges of the Association, assuming that the original property is free from any indebtedness to the Association, but shall have no voting rights or right to attend meetings.
In the absence of the Chair, the remaining members present at the meeting shall elect one of the members present (other than the Tenant Member) to chair the meeting.
It may also include one "Tenant Member" (as detailed further in clause 8 of this document).
Such appointment may be made conditional on the Tenant Member granting undertakings to the Council in relation to matters such as confidentiality and codes of conduct (similar to those which would apply to other members of the Panel) and conflicts of interest.
A Tenant Member shall be a tenant occupying property in any of thesections as indicated in Section 1 of Article II above.
