  • If all or a portion of funds for the payment of the Purchase Price of any Tendered Class A Certificates are provided the Administrator after 2:00 p.m. on any Business Day, the Administrator will pay such Purchase Price or portion thereof to the related DTC Participant by not later than 3:00 p.m. on the next succeeding Business Day.
