An Activity Notice may be given in respect of more than one Tenure Area.
Except where clause 8.1 applies, if the Proponent intends to undertake an Activity in a Tenure Area, it must issue a notice in writing to the PBC in accordance with this clause 8.2 (Activity Notice).
