Term of licensure means the period between initial licensure and renewal, and the period between renewals.
Term of Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Article 2 of this Agreement;
Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits
Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.
License Type means the identification of whether the license for a Software Product is for a Perpetual Term or Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.
Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.
Licence Term means the Initial Term plus any Further Term; Licensee means You and/or the Permitted Users;
Pre-Licensed Therapist means an individual who has obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy and is registered with the BBS as an Associate CSW or MFT Intern acquiring hours for licensing. An individual’s registration is subject to regulations adopted by the BBS.
Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.
Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.

Patent Term Extension means any term extensions, supplementary protection certificates and equivalents thereof offering Patent protection beyond the initial term with respect to any issued Patents.
End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.
Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.
Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).
Prosecution and Maintenance or “Prosecute and Maintain” means, with regard to a Patent Right, the preparing, filing, prosecuting and maintenance of such Patent Right, as well as handling re-examinations, reissues, and requests for patent term extensions with respect to such Patent Right, together with the conduct of interferences, the defense of oppositions and other similar proceedings with respect to the particular Patent Right. For clarification, “Prosecution and Maintenance” or “Prosecute and Maintain” will not include any other enforcement actions taken with respect to a Patent Right.
End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:
Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Base Term Commencing (i) with respect to the Original Premises on the Commencement Date, and (ii) with respect to the Expansion Premises on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and ending with respect to the entire Premises on September 15, 2016 (“Expiration Date”).”
Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;
Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.
Royalty Term means, on a country-by-country basis, the period commencing on the First Commercial Sale of a Licensed Product in a country and ending on the latest of (a) ** thereafter, (b) expiration of the last-to-expire Valid Claim of a Licensed Patent that Covers the composition of matter of the Licensed Product in the country in which it is sold, or (c) the expiration of all Regulatory Exclusivity Rights with respect to such Licensed Product in the country in which it is sold.
Period of Maintenance means the specified period of maintenance from the date of completion of the works, as certified by the Engineer.
Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.
Term of the Agreement shall have the same meaning as provided for in Article 7 of this Agreement.
