Terminated Region definition

Terminated Region has the meaning set forth in Section 14.5.
Terminated Region has the meaning set forth in Section 12.4(a) (Effects of Termination Generally).

More Definitions of Terminated Region

Terminated Region means, with respect to a Pre-Program Activity, Galapagos Program or Optioned Program, as applicable, the countries in the Gilead Territory as to which the applicable termination is effective or, if all countries in the Gilead Territory are or have been terminated, then the Gilead Territory.
Terminated Region has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.
Terminated Region means, with respect to a Pre-Program Activity, Arcus Program or Optioned Program, as applicable, the Regions as to which the applicable termination is effective or, if all Regions in the Gilead Territory are or have been terminated, then the world.
Terminated Region means (a) any Region pursuant to which the non-breaching Party terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 14.2 (Termination for Material Breach), (b) the Europe Territory, the Asia Territory, or any country other than Japan in the Asia Territory, in each case, for which Otsuka terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 14.3 (Termination by Otsuka for Convenience), or (c) all countries in the Territory if either Party terminates this Agreement in its entirety pursuant to Section 14.2 (Termination for Material Breach), Section 14.4 (Discontinuation of Development and Commercialization), Section 14.5 (Termination for Patent Challenge), or Section 14.6 (Termination for Insolvency).
Terminated Region means each Region in the Roche Territory with respect to which this Agreement has been terminated pursuant to Section 14.2 (Termination for Breach), Section 14.3 (Termination by Roche for Convenience), or Section 14.6 (Cessation of Development and Commercialization), and if this Agreement is terminated in its entirety, then all Regions in the Roche Territory will be Terminated Regions.
Terminated Region means each Region that is the subject of a termination by Partner pursuant to Section 15.4.
Terminated Region shall have the meaning set out in clause 16.8.1.
