Termination Date Extension Request definition

Termination Date Extension Request means a request by Urban to the Administrative Agent, substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto, which shall be submitted no earlier than one hundred fifty (150) days and no later than forty-five days (45) days prior to the Termination Date referred to in subsection (a) of Section 2.6 hereof.

Termination Date Extension Request has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.19(a) hereof.

Termination Date Extension Request means a request by the Borrowers, in the form of Exhibit J hereto or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent, for the extension of the Termination Date pursuant to Section 2.22.
