Terms & Conditions of Trade means these Terms & Conditions of Trade or suchfurther editions thereof as may be made available on Masterlink’s website (www.masterlinklogistics.com) from time to time and which shall become effective as between Masterlink and the Customer immediately upon being made available on the Masterlink website; and

Examples of Terms & Conditions of Trade in a sentence

  • By signing the Contract Document or accepting provision of the Services, the Customer is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions of Trade.

  • The Customer warrants that the Customer has full authority to accept these Terms & Conditions of Trade on behalf of the owner of the Goods.

  • These Terms & Conditions of Trade shall not be capable of assignment (whether in whole or in part) by the Customer.

  • Any reference in these Terms & Conditions of Trade to "writing" or cognate expressions includes a reference to electronic mail, facsimile transmission or comparable means of communication.

  • If the Customer is not the owner of the Goods, the Customer shall be deemed for the purposes of these Terms & Conditions of Trade to be the properly authorised agent of the owner of the Goods and able to accept these Terms & Conditions of Trade on behalf of the owner of the Goods.

  • Masterlink will only agree to provide the Services to Customers on these Terms & Conditions of Trade.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorised officer of Masterlink, these Terms & Conditions of Trade shall apply to all Services to be performed by Masterlink for the Customer to the exclusion of all other terms which the Customer may purport to apply under any letter, purchase order, confirmation of order or similar document.

  • No variation to these Terms & Conditions of Trade or the Contract Document shall be binding unless agreed by Masterlink in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Masterlink.

  • In these Standard Terms & Conditions of Trade each of the expressions “adjustment note”, “consideration”, “GST”, “input tax credit”, “recipient”, “supply”, “supplier”, “tax invoice” and “taxable supply” have the meaning given to it in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.

  • Terms & Conditions of Trade Please note: It is the Trader’s responsibility to read and understand these Terms & Conditions of Trade.

Related to Terms & Conditions of Trade

  • Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.

  • Conditions of Use means Conditions 1 to 10 and the Schedules and Appendices of this document.

  • Conditions of Tender means the Conditions of Tender for the said land as set out in Annexure A;

  • General Conditions of Contract means the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ and ‘General Conditions of Contract’ pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Conditions of Carriage means these conditions of carriage.

  • Conditions of Sale means the Conditions of Sale set out in Part 3 of this TenderDocument;

  • Conditions of Issue means the Conditions of Issue of Octopus published by us as amended from time to time, which can be obtained from us or downloaded from our website at www.octopus.com.hk ;

  • General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).

  • the Conditions means the standard terms and conditions set out in this document;

  • Conditions of Service means the document developed by a distributor in accordance with subsection 2.4 of the Code that describes the operating practices and connection rules for the distributor; (DSC)

  • Conditions of Contract means those statements contained in or delivered with your Ticket/s or Itinerary/Receipt, identified as such and which incorporate by reference, these Conditions of Carriage and notices.

  • General Conditions Cost means costs incurred and minor work performed by Contractor without the need for competitive bids/proposals. The allowable General Conditions items are limited in Paragraph 11.1 and are further described on Exhibit “D”. The maximum allowable General Conditions Cost payable to Contractor during the Construction Phase of the Project is set out in Exhibit “A” attached to this Agreement.

  • Conditions of Approval means condition(s) imposed by the Municipality in the approval of a land development application, including any conditions contained in the annexure(s) and/or plans and/or attachment(s) that form part of the approval and/or are referred to in the approval of the land development application;

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Special Conditions of Contract means the pages completed by the Procuring Entity entitled Special Conditions of Contract which constitute Part A of the Special Conditions.

  • Payment Conditions means, at the time of determination with respect to any specified transaction or payment, that:

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT means the instructions to Tenderer and General and special conditions of contract pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).

  • Business Condition of any Person shall mean the condition (financial or other), earnings, results of operations, business, properties or prospects of such Person.

  • CT conditions of operation means all selectable parameters governing the operation of a CT X-ray system including, but not limited to, nominal tomographic section thickness, filtration, and the technique factors as defined in 41.1(2).
