Terms of Supply definition

Terms of Supply means these Terms of Supply as amended from time to time at our absolute discretion.
Terms of Supply means our terms of supply for information services accessible electronically at https://www.equifax.com.au/hrsolutions/pdf/terms-of-supply.pdf.
Terms of Supply means Xxxxxxx’s standard terms of sale and supply for the Services and includes the Hosting Acceptable Use Policy, as described at Schedule 2, as amended or updated by Xxxxxxx from time to time in accordance with this Agreement and published on the site xxxxxxx.xx, or such other terms to which Xxxxxxx may from time to time give its prior written consent; Territory means the United Kingdom, any British Crown Dependencies and any British Overseas Territories; VAT means value added tax as defined in the Value Added Tax Act 1994 and any equivalent or similar tax.

  • This is as outlined in the Ordering Procedures and Requirements Template (see section 5 & 7 below) and in line with Schedule 5 - Standard Terms of Supply.

  • These Terms of Supply, in their most recent version, also govern all future business transacted with the Customer.

  • Scope of Supply means the agreed Goods and/or Services to be delivered or performed under the Con- tract as set out in the Contract.

  • Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Local Service Ordering Guide or "LSOG" is a document developed by the OBF to establish industry-wide ordering and Billing processes for ordering local services.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).
