Test Energy definition

Test Energy means Facility Energy delivered (a) commencing on the later of (i) the first date that the CAISO informs Seller in writing that Seller may deliver Facility Energy to the CAISO and (ii) the first date that the PTO informs Seller in writing that Seller has conditional or temporary permission to parallel and (b) ending upon the occurrence of the Commercial Operation Date.
Test Energy means any Net Output during periods prior to the Commercial Operation Date and related Capacity Rights.
Test Energy means any Net Energy generated by the Facility and delivered to the Delivery Point prior to the Commercial Operation Date of the Facility.

Examples of Test Energy in a sentence

  • Buyer shall not unreasonably curtail Test Energy in a manner that would materially delay Facility testing and the occurrence of the Commercial Operation Date.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, and except as set forth in Section 6.1(e), on and after the Commercial Operation Date and continuing for the Delivery Term, Seller shall sell and deliver, and Buyer shall purchase, the Products associated with Facility Energy (other than Excess Energy, Deemed Delivered Energy, or Test Energy) and Replacement Product at the Contract Price as set forth in Section 2 of Appendix A.

  • During the Test Energy period prior to the Commercial Operation Date, Buyer shall pay Seller for any Deemed Delivered Energy from a Compensable Curtailment in accordance with Appendix A, Section 5.


More Definitions of Test Energy

Test Energy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.8 hereof.
Test Energy means Facility Energy that is delivered to the Point of Delivery prior to the Commercial Operation Date.
Test Energy means the Energy delivered (a) commencing on the later of (i) the first date that the CAISO informs Seller in writing that Seller may deliver Energy from the Facility to the CAISO and (ii) the first date that the PTO informs Seller in writing that Seller has conditional or temporary permission to parallel and (b) ending upon the occurrence of the Commercial Operation Date.
Test Energy means electric energy generated by the Facility during periods before the Commercial Operation Date, and all RECs, Environmental Attributes and Capacity Attributes associated with such electric energy.
Test Energy means electric energy generated by the Facility during the Test Period, and RECs and capacity rights associated with such electric energy.
Test Energy has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.
Test Energy means any Energy produced and delivered by Seller to NorthWestern after the In- Service Date and prior to the Commercial Operation Date.
