Tested Capacity definition

Tested Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(b)(iv).
Tested Capacity in relation to the Power Station as a whole means the results of the most recent Performance Test or Repeat Performance Test carried out in relation to the Power Station in accordance with Article 6, Article 8 and Schedule III of this Agreement;
Tested Capacity means initially the Net Generation Capacity demonstrated by the commissioning tests for the complex;

Examples of Tested Capacity in a sentence

  • A determination of Tested Capacity is effective as of the beginning of the hour in which the Capacity Test is started.

  • For all hours in which Tested Capacity is less than the RMR Capacity specified in Section 1(E)(1)(a) above, then the Incentive Factor Percentage may be reduced as specified in the ERCOT Protocols applicable to RMR Service in effect on the Effective Date.

  • If Buyer disputes the establishment of the Tested Capacity, as determined by Seller pursuant to this Section 3.13, in any respect, including the adjustment of the metered results to establish the Tested Capacity, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Article XII (Dispute Resolution).

  • Billing Capacity is the lower of (i) the SSR Capacity and (ii) the Tested Capacity if lower than SSR Capacity for reasons not reported through the Outage Scheduler or if such reporting to MISO is intentionally incomplete, inaccurate, or dishonest.

  • For all hours in which Tested Capacity is less than SSR Capacity, then Billing Capacity is reduced as set out in Section 9.D below and remains so reduced until a subsequent Capacity Test establishes that Tested Capacity equals or exceeds SSR Capacity.


More Definitions of Tested Capacity

Tested Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a)(ii) of the Agreement.
Tested Capacity. Initially the net generation capacity demonstrated by the Commissioning Tests for the Complex (adjusted to Reference Conditions), as certified by the Engineer in the Capacity Test Certificate and shall be applicable at and from the Day following the date of completion of Commissioning until revised by the Annual Capacity Test (or any retest thereof) pursuant to Section 8.4(b), and thereafter, the net generation capacity demonstrated by such Annual Capacity Test (or any retest thereof) (adjusted to Reference Conditions).
Tested Capacity. The capacity of a Unit, Hydropower Plant, the Xxxxxx HPPs, the Xxxxxx Transmission Lines and/or the Project Roads, as the context requires, as demonstrated by the Commissioning Tests and as certified by the Independent Engineer pursuant to Article 7 of the Agreement.
Tested Capacity. The net generation capacity demonstrated by the Commissioning Tests for the Complex as certified by the Engineer in the Certificate of Commissioning of the Complex and shall be applicable at and from the Day following the date of completion of Commissioning.
