Texas Properties definition

Texas Properties means, collectively, the Xxxxx of Inverness Property, the Parktown Townhouse Property and the Westway Village Property.

Texas Properties means certain Oil and Gas Interests owned by EXCO or EXCO Operating and located in Cherokee, Houston, Polk, Limestone, Xxxx and Xxxxx Counties, Texas.

Texas Properties means the real property and improvements located at 3333 and 0000 Xxx Xxxxxx Drive, Dallas, Texas.

Texas Properties means the Properties and the Texas Producing Properties.
