Village Property definition

Village Property means every building and property, or portion of a building or property, owned or leased by or otherwise under the control of, the Village. “Village Property” also means every Village-owned or leased vehicle.
Village Property means the land and the Buildings and all improvements and structures now or hereafter located on the land described in Exhibit A to the Village Declaration.
Village Property means and includes all real property owned by the Village, other than public streets and public easements, and all property held in a proprietary capacity of the Village, which are not subject to public right-of-way consent and requirements of this chapter.

  • In the event that such Partners are to receive the Briarcliff Village Property pursuant to this Section 13.2(c), then the Briarcliff Village Property shall have the net value agreed upon by the General Partner and the Partners receiving an interest in the Briarcliff Village Property, or, if they cannot agree, then the Briarcliff Village Property shall be valued in accordance with Section 13.2(d).

More Definitions of Village Property

Village Property means an Apartment Village Unit or all the real property which is subject to the Village Governing Documents of a Village or Villages of Residential Units or CIC Units.
