Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale means the terms and conditions set out herewith.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Warranty shall not affect the one (1) year warranty granted by Seller to Buyer pursuant to Section 7 of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale of Seller (the “Terms & Conditions”).

  • Such Supplementary Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale; copies available on request.

  • Seller’s performance under any Buyer purchase order or order acknowledgment does not constitute an acceptance of any provision of any Buyer purchase order that is different from or additional to the Seller’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, and any such different or additional provisions are hereby expressly rejected and are void.
