Ladies and Gentlemen For value received, the undersigned beneficiary hereby irrevocably transfers to:
The Club means the above-named club;
Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
The Centre means the Financial Intelligence Centre established in terms of section 2 of the FIC Act.
Raffle means a lottery in which the prize is won by (i) a random drawing of the name or
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Study Centre means a centre established and maintained or recognized by the University for the purpose of advising, counselling or for rendering any other assistance required by the students in the context of distance education;
Hookah means a water pipe and any associated products and devices which are used to produce fumes, smoke, and/or vapor from the burning of material including, but not limited to, tobacco, shisha, or other plant matter.
Cyberbullying means any form of communication by electronic act that is sent with the purpose to:
community centre means any school, railway station, police station and other location providing a service to the community;
Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;
Air freshener means any consumer product including, but not limited to, sprays, wicks, powders, and crystals, designed for the purpose of masking odors or freshening, cleaning, scenting, or deodorizing the air. Air fresheners do not include products that are used on the human body, products that function primarily as cleaning products, disinfectant products claiming to deodorize by killing germs on surfaces, or institutional or industrial disinfectants when offered for sale solely through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. Air fresheners do include spray disinfectants and other products that are expressly represented for use as air fresheners, except institutional and industrial disinfectants when offered for sale through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. To determine whether a product is an air freshener, all verbal and visual representations regarding product use on the label or packaging and in the product's literature and advertising may be considered. The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.
Pier means any structure extending into navigable waters from the shore with water on both sides, built or maintained for the purpose of providing a berth for watercraft or for loading or unloading cargo or passengers onto or from watercraft. Such a structure may include a boat shelter which is removed season- ally. Such a structure may include a boat hoist or boat lift, and the hoist or lift may be permanent or may be removed seasonally.

Entrepreneur means a natural person exercising a trade, business, craft or profession;
LHIN Cluster has the meaning ascribed to it in the Accountability Agreement and is a grouping of LHINs for the purpose of advancing Digital Health initiatives through regional coordination aligned with the MOHLTC’s provincial priorities.
and Gentlemen We are acting as special counsel with respect to New York tax matters for the unit investment trust or trusts included in the series identified as FT 1907 (each, a "Trust"), which will be established under a certain Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust dated December 9, 2003, and a related Trust Agreement dated as of today (collectively, the "Indenture") among First Trust Portfolios L.P., as Depositor (the "Depositor"), First Trust Advisors L.P., as Evaluator, First Trust Advisors L.P., as Portfolio Supervisor, FTP Services LLC, as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent, and The Bank of New York Mellon as Trustee (the "Trustee"). Pursuant to the terms of the Indenture, units of fractional undivided interest in the Trust (the "Units") will be issued in the aggregate number set forth in the Indenture.
the Academies means all the schools and educational institutions referred to in Article 4a and operated by the Academy Trust (and “Academy” shall mean any one of those schools or educational institutions);

Private club means an organization, whether incorporated or not, which is the owner, lessee, or occupant of a building or portion thereof used exclusively for club purposes at all times, which is operated solely for a recreational, fraternal, social, patriotic, political, benevolent, or athletic purpose, but not for pecuniary gain, and which only sells alcoholic beverages incidental to its operation. The affairs and management of the organization are conducted by a board of directors, executive committee, or similar body chosen by the members at an annual meeting. The organization has established bylaws and/or a constitution to govern its activities. The organization has been granted an exemption from the payment of federal income tax as a club under 26 U.S.C. Section 501.
the International Bureau means the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
harbour means the harbour shown on the Development Plan to be constructed in accordance with approved proposals and includes a reference to the harbour as finally constructed and surveyed but does not include any jetties to be constructed in the Harbour;
GLO means the Texas General Land Office, its officers, employees, and designees.
Road means any highway and any other road to which the public has access, and includes bridges over which a road passes.
