The Service User definition

The Service User means an individual in receipt of services commissioned under the agreement.
The Service User the person named in Schedule 2 (see below) or “The Advocate”: the person named in Schedule 2 (see below).
The Service User means any person in receipt of the Service under this Agreement.

Examples of The Service User in a sentence

  • The Service User shall pay to the Service Provider the Fee in full and final satisfaction of its obligations under this Agreement, in the instalments and at the intervals set out in Schedule 1.

  • The Service User Guide also provides information regarding what service users should expect from the service, which promotes a rights based approach that empowers service users.

More Definitions of The Service User

The Service User means a person in receipt of Public Health Programmes.
The Service User means persons who are provided with the Services by the Provider in terms of this Agreement; and
