The Supplier / Contractor definition
The Supplier / Contractor means the individual or firm taking up the work as defined under the Notice Inviting Tender.
The Supplier / Contractor means a Company or Firm or Agency supplying the goods and/or services under the contract.
The Supplier / Contractor means the person, firm or company with whom the order for the supply is placed and shall be deemed to include the Supplier/contractor's successors (approved by the Purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors and administrators, as the case may be, unless excluded by the terms of the contract.
