Treasury Unit means, following the substitution of Treasury Securities for Pledged Applicable Ownership Interests in Notes as Collateral to secure a Holder’s Obligations under the Purchase Contract, the collective rights and obligations of a Holder of a Treasury Units Certificate in respect of such Treasury Securities, subject to the Pledge thereof, and the related Purchase Contract.
Corporate Unit means the collective rights and obligations of a Holder of a Corporate Unit Certificate in respect of the Applicable Ownership Interest in Debentures or the Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio, as the case may be, subject in each case to the Pledge thereof (except that the Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio as specified in clause (ii) of the definition of such term shall not be subject to the Pledge), and the related Purchase Contract.
Registered Benchmark Administrator means that the Underlying is administered by an administrator who is registered in a register pursuant to Article 36 of the Benchmark Regulation as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Global Preferred Security means a Preferred Securities Certificate evidencing ownership of Book-Entry Preferred Securities.
U.S. Treasury Securities means direct obligations of the United States Treasury that are entitled to the full faith and credit of the United States.
Accumulation Unit is the unit of measure we use before the Income Date to keep track of the value of each Variable Sub-Account.
Treasury Securities means U.S. Dollar-denominated, coupon-bearing, senior debt securities of the United States of America issued by the U.S. Treasury Department and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States of America.
Appropriate Unit means a unit of employee classes or positions, established pursuant to Article II hereof.
Treasury Security means the United States Treasury security that the Treasury Dealer determines would be appropriate to use, at the time of determination and in accordance with standard market practice, in pricing the Notes being redeemed in a tender offer based on a spread to United States Treasury yields.
Book-Entry Preferred Security means a Preferred Security, the ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by a Depositary.
Preferred Security Beneficial Owner means, with respect to a Book Entry Interest, a Person who is the beneficial owner of such Book Entry Interest, as reflected on the books of the Clearing Agency, or on the books of a Person maintaining an account with such Clearing Agency (directly as a Clearing Agency Participant or as an indirect participant, in each case in accordance with the rules of such Clearing Agency).
Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.
Treasury Portfolio Purchase Price means the lowest aggregate price quoted by a primary U.S. government securities dealer in New York City to the Quotation Agent on the third Business Day immediately preceding the Tax Event Redemption Date for the purchase of the Treasury Portfolio for settlement on the Tax Event Redemption Date.
Treasury Portfolio means, as applicable, the Remarketing Treasury Portfolio or the Special Event Treasury Portfolio.
Preferred Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests that has distribution rights, or rights upon liquidation, winding up and dissolution, that are superior or prior to the Common Units that the General Partner has authorized pursuant to Section 4.2 hereof.
Preferred Share means a share of stock of the General Partner of any class or series now or hereafter authorized or reclassified that has dividend rights, or rights upon liquidation, winding up and dissolution, that are superior or prior to the REIT Shares.
Market Rate Unit means a Residential Unit that is not an Affordable Unit.
Income Account Record Date means the "Record Dates" set forth in the "Essential Information" in the Prospectus.
sub-unit means, with respect to any currency other than euro, the lowest amount of such currency that is available as legal tender in the country of such currency and, with respect to euro, means one cent.
Preferred Security means an undivided beneficial interest in the assets of the Trust, having a Liquidation Amount of $1,000 and having the rights provided therefor in this Trust Agreement.
Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Federal Book Entry Security means an obligation (i) issued by the U.S. Treasury, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation or the Federal National Mortgage Association, or any other direct obligation of, or obligation fully guaranteed as to timely payment of principal and interest by, the United States of America, that is a book-entry security held through the Federal Reserve System pursuant to federal book entry regulations, and (ii) the perfection of a security interest in which is governed pursuant to federal regulations by Article 8 of the UCC.
Comparable Treasury Price means, with respect to any Redemption Date, (i) the average of the Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations for such Redemption Date, after excluding the highest and lowest such Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations for such Redemption Date, or (ii) if the Trustee obtains fewer than four such Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations, the average of all such Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations.
Market-rate units means housing not restricted to low- and moderate-income households that may sell or rent at any price.
Treasury Capital Stock has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.04(a)(viii).
Subaccount means any subaccount designated and established hereunder.
