Third Party Contamination means Contamination of the the Demised Premises which is caused by or arises out of the acts or omissions of any person other than (i) Landlord or Tenant, (ii) their respective employees, agents or contractors or (iii) subtenants or assignees of the interest of Tenant under this Lease.
