Third Party Directed means a Third Party has the power to make, select, and direct investment decisions;
Third Party Directed means the investment approach described in Section 10.16.2.3.
Third Party Directed means the investment approach described in rule 10.16.2(c).

  • Third Party(ies) means a person or entity who or which is neither a Party nor an Affiliate of a Party.
