Third Party Manager definition

Third Party Manager shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.10.
Third Party Manager means a Manager who is not an Affiliated Manager.

Third Party Manager means a third party appointed by Canada to administer funding otherwise payable to the Council and the Council's obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part.
