Third Party Manager definition

Third Party Manager shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.10.
Third Party Manager means a Manager who is not an Affiliated Manager.

Third Party Manager shall maintain all office records and books of account and shall record therein, and keep copies of, each invoice received from services, work and supplies ordered in connection with the maintenance and operation of the Properties.
