Third Party Services Agreement definition

Third Party Services Agreement means any express contract between a Third Party and the Organization.
Third Party Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.2 (Third Party Services Agreements).
Third Party Services Agreement means, collectively, (i) the Transition Services Agreement dated December 14, 2017 by and between GenOn and NRG, (ii) the Energy Marketing Services Agreement dated February 5, 2013, by and between NRG Power Marketing LLC and NRG Wholesale Generation LP, (iii) the Services Agreement dated August 15, 2018, by and between GenOn and NRG, and (iv) any other Contract pursuant to which Seller or any of its Affiliates engages a third-party service provider after the Effective Date provided that Seller provides Purchaser no less than 10 Business Days’ prior written notice of entry into such Contracts described in clause (iv).
