Third Party Subprocessor definition

Third Party Subprocessor means a third party, other than a Oracle or Oracle Affiliate, which Oracle subcontracts with and which may Process Personal Information as set forth in Sections 2.2 and 7.
Third Party Subprocessor means a third party subcontractor, other than an Agilysys Affiliate, engaged by Agilysys and which may Process Personal Data. Other capitalized terms have the definitions provided for them in the Agreement, Supplement, Applicable Data Protection Law, or as otherwise specified below.
