Third Party Vendor Services definition

Third Party Vendor Services means services provided over the Internet (including any associated locally installed client software) by third party vendors, their Affiliates and/or their licensors that are made available by the Company for purchase by the VAR and/or End Users via the VAR’s instance of the Platform. Year: the period of 12 months from the Effective Date and each consecutive period of 12 months thereafter during the term of this Agreement.

  • As used in this Agreement "Services" means two categories of Services available on the Site: Services that are developed by and licensed to end users by Cloud4C Services ("Cloud4C Services"); and Services that are developed and licensed to end users by a third party vendor (such vendors are referred to in this Agreement as a "Third Party Vendor" and their Services are referred to as "Third Party Vendor Services") and Services include any software contained within or used in connection with the Services.

Third Party Vendor Services means the services in effect as of the Effective Date that are provided to OBIC by a third party vendor in connection with the Transition Services and which are set forth on SCHEDULE 2(a)(vi) of the Transition Services Agreement.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Third Party Provider means licensors, subcontractors and suppliers of BNYM furnishing the Third Party Products.
